Which Indian players will play 10+ games in UAE?

This Abu Dhabi T10 League The 6th edition will be held in 2022. The 10-a-side tournament started in 2017 to offer spectators a faster, shorter version of the T20 match. While purists have stayed away from it the longest, the game has gradually found its audience over the years as more and more Indian players play in the league, and it is starting to build a fan base in India too.

Traditionally, Indian male cricketers have stayed away from overseas franchise leagues due to the BCCI’s exclusivity policy. But if they retire from all forms of Indian cricket and are no longer involved, they can play in leagues around the world, as they have done before. 1. Suresh Reina

Former India batsman Suresh Raina, who hung up his boots in international cricket in August 2020, went on to play in the IPL for Chennai Super Kings before being released by the franchise. Raina failed to find any buyers in the big 2022 auction and decided to quit all forms of Indian cricket a few months ago. The 35-year-old played for the Sachin Tendulkar-led Indian Legends in the Road Safety World Series before signing up for the T10 league. Indian cricket veteran and IPL legend Raina will play for defending champion Deccan Gladiators.

2. Habazan Singh

Harbhajan Singh, the experienced non-spinner and two-time India World Cup winner, retired from all cricket in December last year after joining the Kolkata Knight Riders for the 2021 IPL. Since then, Harbhajan has been part of the commentary team for Star Sports and most recently appeared in League of Legends Cricket. Harbhajan has signed to last year’s runner-up Derry Bulls, a team that has Dwayne Bravo, Tim David and Rilee Rossouw among other talents.

3. S Sreesanth

Former fast bowler S Sreesanth, who represented India in 27 Tests, 53 ODIs and 10 T20Is, has had a career full of controversies and bans. After completing a seven-year ban, Sreesanth did return to Kerala’s domestic cricket in 2020, but after not being picked at the IPL auction for two consecutive years, the veteran pacer decided to call It withdrew earlier this year. Sreesanth will represent the Bangla Tigers led by Shakib Al Hasan.

4. Stuart Binny

Former India all-rounder Stuart Binny, who has played all three formats for the national team, has decided to end his career in August 2021. Since then, Binny has competed in the Road Safety World Series and other such leagues. Binny will represent the new team, the New York Forwards, led by Kieron Pollard.

5. Abhimanyu Mithun

Former Karnataka and Royal Challengers Bangalore pacer Abhimanyu Mithun has also been absent from Indian cricket for a long time. The 33-year-old walker, who has represented India in four Tests and five ODIs, was part of the Road Safety World Series India Legends team and will be part of the Northern Warriors in the T10 league.
