Wizz Air Abu Dhabi has announced that it will start operating flights to Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan and will resume flights to Larnaca, Santorini and Sokhag, Egypt.
The national carrier also confirmed the expansion of its fleet. The airline, which has nine Airbus A321neo aircraft, is driving growth in new areas, a statement said.

Wizz Air will also add its presence in Abu Dhabi – Tirana, Yerevan, Baku, Alexandria, Kutaisi, Athens, Almaty, Astana, Sarajevo, Ankara, Tashkent and Samarkand route network, thereby expanding its footprint in the existing network.

The airline will operate more than 6,000 flights in 2022, carrying more than 1.2 million passengers, according to official news agency WAM. In 2022, it carried over 600,000 point-to-point passengers to the UAE.
