Islamabad [Pakistan]May 31 (ANI): The people of Pakistan cannot let Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) supreme leader Nawaz Sharif and Pakistan at the mercy of Asif Ali Zardari, co-chairman of the People’s Party (PPP), ARY News reported.

According to Fawad, he held talks today with former leaders of the Pakistan Justice Movement (PTI). “We also held talks with Asad Umar, Pervez Khattak, Asad Qaiser and Shah Mahmood Qureshi,” he added.

The former minister said they believed Pakistan needed to move towards a stable solution. He called for the need to show “collective responsibility” to help “countless innocent people and imprisoned workers”.

“People who are in jail have no direct connection to these things and it is our collective responsibility to bring them out,” he added, according to ARY News.

Some PTI lawmakers and members parted ways with the party after the violence on May 9, in which military installations including the General Headquarters (GHQ) in Rawalpindi and the Lahore Corps Commander’s House were at the party’s disposal. Chairman Imran Khan was attacked after his arrest.
