SAN FRANCISCO, Nov. 1 (AP) — The man accused of breaking into the home of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, beating her husband and trying to kidnap her will be arraigned Tuesday on attempted murder and other charges.
Fringe activist David DePape, drawn to conspiracy theories, is expected to face charges in San Francisco Superior Court — his first public appearance since his 2:20 a.m. break-in last Friday.
