Yungblud wants to be a movie star.
The 25-year-old singer, who has already achieved great success in the music industry, is now keen to try his hand at acting.
Talking about his long-term ambitions, he shared: “I have a clothing line in the pipeline that will be out soon. Then I want to make a movie. There are some rumors about a couple, but I think when I do Do one. ‘Have time. Then I want to be on Broadway, West End, I want to do it all.
“I wanted to do a war movie and put my hair back and look cute, that would be cool.
“Then I’d love to do (Broadway and the West End rock musical) ‘Spring Awakening.’ I love it, it’s cool. It represents a similar idea to what I do.”
Yungblud will be busy on tour for the next six months.
The chart-topping star – who released his self-titled album earlier this month – will tour his new album, which he describes as “the purest” of his career.
He told The Sun’s Strange newspaper: “I’ve got my soul out there and I’m excited. It feels like the purest album yet. Like pure whisky, no mixer, no ice, straight down the throat rear.”
The music star has a packed schedule for the next few months, but he’s determined to rise to the challenge.
He said: “People complain about being in a band, but we love it. We love to travel, play rock shows, party. We’re lucky and we don’t forget that. We have the best fans.
“I believe we’re putting on the best Under-30 rock show on the planet right now. When we’re 30, we’re going to have a mental breakdown. But it’s really good now.”
