UAE-based ZāZEN Properties has launched sales of its latest project, ZāZEN Gardens, in the Al Furjan neighbourhood. The Leed-Gold certified development has 159 apartments and is due for delivery in April 2024.
ZāZEN Properties, the UAE’s leading developer of sustainable developments, has officially launched the sale of its latest project, ZāZEN Gardens, a LEED Gold-certified development within the Al Furjan neighbourhood.
A first-of-its-kind development, ZāZEN Gardens features 159 units ranging in size from 824 to 1,612 square feet, with two retail outlets on the ground floor.
It is currently under construction and sales are expected to follow a similar trajectory to ZāZEN One, the local brand’s flagship project which is due to be completed in January 2022 and sold out within a few months. It will be handed over in April 2024.
Additionally, through its sustainability practices, ZāZEN Gardens is also aligned with some of the country’s key initiatives, including the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan and the UAE’s Net Zero Emissions 2050, as well as the upcoming COP28, the developer said.
ZāZEN said the development will also feature 35,000 square feet of landscaping, multiple recycling stations, electric vehicle charging stations and rooftop solar panels, which will help reduce common area service fees for property owners.
It said that once the project is complete, it will reduce carbon emissions by about 470 metric tons per year, equivalent to planting 12,147 trees.
