Jorgensen and Pedersen (with Chris Hillman) are the founders of the country rock band Desert Rose. Artists ranging from Barbra Streisand to Bonnie Raitt to Earl Scruggs have sought out Jorgensen’s guitar work. Herb Pedersen was a member of legendary bluegrass band The Dillards and bluegrass supergroup Old and In the Way.
