Some 85% of respondents in the Middle East and North Africa said they would prefer a company that allows remote work all or part of the time, and 91% said they would consider changing jobs in 2023.
That’s according to the Mena 2023 Modern Job Search Strategies survey conducted by Bayt.com, the top job search site in the Middle East.
Respondents prefer online career sites (71%) to traditional job search methods when it comes to finding new opportunities.
