Formula 1 management has officially announced the dates for the 2024 Formula 1 Etihad Airways Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, with the Yas Marina Circuit set to host the finale of F1’s longest-ever season from 5-8 December.
An official announcement from Formula 1 management confirms that the Abu Dhabi circuit will host the 24th and final race of the 2024 season, with an exciting return expected for next year’s season schedule, with the race taking place on Saturday 2 March kicked off in Bahrain.
Organizers say fan interest in the sport is at an all-time high, with grandstand tickets for this year’s race weekend selling out within weeks of going on sale in early February.
The unprecedented demand has prompted organizers to announce a new way to enjoy the 15th F1 weekend on Yas Island, offering fans a fresh experience and a great chance to grab a seat.
Saif Rashid Al Noaimi, Chief Executive Officer of Ethara, said: “Following the announcement by Formula 1 management, we are delighted that the Yas Marina Circuit will once again be welcoming the sport’s global fans to the event on 5-8 December 2024. The season finale in Abu Dhabi.”
