Al Masaood Commercial Vehicles and Equipment (CV&E) said it has entered into an agreement with Lavajet to provide a fleet of 134 UD trucks to boost the waste management industry in Al Ain, UAE.
The division is part of the Al Masaood Group and is the exclusive distributor of UD Trucks in Abu Dhabi.
Al Masaood CV&E has been working with Lavajet for the past four years to provide aftermarket services for Croner and Quester trucks in the area of waste management, which is used by Tadweer, the waste management center of Abu Dhabi City.
Euro 5 versions of the Quester and Croner trucks will soon be operating in the Al Ain region as part of the new contract.
These UD trucks are equipped with features designed to reduce environmental impact, increase efficiency and uptime, increase profitability and optimize total cost of ownership (TCO).

The UD Trucks Quester is equipped with an automatic transmission while the UD Trucks Croner is equipped with an automatic transmission.
He added that in addition to the latest advanced driver display, both trucks showcased a variety of other innovative features, including an advanced bodybuilder module control unit and a flexible chassis suitable for all waste management applications.
