The Emirates Motor Corporation (EMC), the authorized general dealer of Mercedes-Benz in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, has announced exciting offers for its customers to celebrate the end of 2021.
As part of the year-end service, EMC will hold service weekends in October, November and December to provide customers with vehicle health checks conducted by Mercedes-Benz certified technicians to ensure the provision of five-star service. Customers can also use original Mercedes-Benz parts to ensure that their vehicles operate at the highest quality and to ensure their safety on the road.
Service weekends will be held from October 14th to 16th, November 11th to 13th, and December 9th to 11th at EMC’s Mercedes-Benz Service Centers in Moussafa and Al Ain. Customers can Visit Saturday from 2pm to 9pm on Friday and 8am to 6pm on Thursday. Customers will receive free vehicle health checks and 50% of labor costs, parts and lifestyle accessories. They will also install Mercedes Me Adapter for free where applicable, which is a new technology that connects customers’ smartphones to their vehicles via Bluetooth.

Customers will be able to choose a service package that suits their needs and reflects their vehicle model, engine size and production date. For example, the silver package covers three services starting from AED 1,250, excluding VAT. The purpose of this is to ensure that customers can rest assured to the greatest extent when using vehicles outside the warranty period.
Other initiatives that are part of the year-end service offer include applying more digital services to EMC customers. This includes fully digitizing the customer journey experience through the use of StarView. Using StarView, a link will be sent to customers via SMS, allowing them to have a virtual meeting and greeting with certified technicians from the comfort of their homes. They will learn about the entire service process of their car through in-depth video presentations, and interact with technicians to update their vehicle status in real time. And to make the necessary payments, all of which are in a seamless and personalized service experience.
