Emirates starts daily flights to Tel Aviv from December 6th – Dubai Blog

Emirates announced today that it will open daily direct flights between Dubai and Tel Aviv, Israel, starting on December 6.

The move comes at a time when the UAE and Israel continue to develop greater economic cooperation to promote growth in various fields and at the same time promote trade flows between the two countries. With the new daily flights, Israeli passengers will be able to safely, seamlessly and efficiently connect to Dubai and reach Emirates’ global route network of more than 120 destinations through Dubai. The flight times to and from Tel Aviv will allow passengers to easily travel to major leisure destinations outside of Dubai, such as Thailand, the Indian Ocean Islands and South Africa.

In addition, the new flight also provides easy access to Tel Aviv from nearly 30 Emirates gateways in Australia, the United States, Brazil, Mexico, India and South Africa, all of which have some of the largest Jewish communities in the world. Travelers from the United States who wish to stop in Dubai before their trip to Tel Aviv can use the Dubai stopover package, which includes staying in world-class hotels, sightseeing and other activities.

The airline will use a modern Boeing 777-300ER aircraft with a three-cabin configuration, providing first-class private suites, business-class flat-bed seats and economy-class spacious seats for customers on the route between Dubai and Tel Aviv service. The daily flight is scheduled to depart from Dubai at 14:50 as EK931 and arrive at Ben Gurion Airport at 16:25 local time. The return flight EK 932 will depart from Tel Aviv at 18:25 local time and arrive in Dubai at 23:25 local time.

Emirates customers will also benefit from the airline’s codeshare partnership with flydubai. Code sharing provides passengers with a short, seamless connection from Dubai to a point in the joint network of the two airlines, which today consists of 210 destinations in 100 countries.

In addition to passenger transportation, Emirates SkyCargo will also use Boeing 777-300ER to provide a one-way freight capacity of 20 tons between Dubai and Tel Aviv to support Tel Aviv’s exports of medicines, high-tech products, vegetables and other perishable items. These flights are also expected to deliver manufacturing raw materials and parts, semiconductors and e-commerce packages to Israel.
