Today, we bring you the story of such a woman entrepreneur who worked hard for herself and became an inspiration for many: an entrepreneur, founder, a coach, Sujata Arora.
Born in a simple Punjabi business family in Chandigarh, Sujata is full of life and positivity. Her father, Sunder Lal Khurana, is her inspiration.
She mentioned that her father always believed in hard work and honesty, and it was because of him, that she inherited these qualities and decided to stand by them.
Traveling and exploring new things is her favorite. Sujata Arora, the founder of SmartboxMedia and HireIndians, believes in bringing change in herself and the society with her vision and mission of motivating and aspiring more individuals in the society for Entrepreneurship and making Smartboxmedia and Hireindians an International Brand in the IT sector globally.
She has achieved a lot in such a small period with her hard work and dedication in the right direction. She understood her skills are precious and should benefit the upcoming generations who are willing to be an entrepreneur.
So, she has launched “The Road To Entrepreneurship,”; a course that teaches you the A-Z of entrepreneurship.
Sujata mentions, “In my career, I have been fortunate enough to be awarded as an
‘Outstanding Business Woman’ by PhD. Chambers Govt of India and got the opportunity to achieve many national and international awards featured in Your Story and many other Media Houses. “
In 2009, Sujata started her first Venture, HireIndians Infotech Pvt Ltd., from scratch, without any capital.
Today she is not only a successful entrepreneur but a role model for over 100+ employees.
With offices in India, the UK, Europe, UAE, and the USA currently, she plans to expand business in other international markets like Spain, France, Australia, etc.
The organization, under her administration, has seen remarkable development, with its turnover expanding multiple times over the most recent 10 years.
In 2014, She co-established Smartboxmedia American INC to make its presence in the US market and target clients worldwide.
She’s also a partner in a few other ventures like Shotflix, Blingnet, Paperstone, Uaetimes, Ebill, etc.
“In 2022, launched a course called Road to Entrepreneurship to rouse, inspire and direct more people in their Entrepreneurship Journey. Today is a time of automation which will take a huge number of white collar jobs in the next 5 to 10 years.” says Sujana Arora.
Furthermore, she says, “Nonetheless, we have just 10% Entrepreneurs and 90% working experts, as a result of the limited mindset, skillset and lack of creativity . This course covers everything, including significantly impacting your attitude, making your conviction framework solid, chipping away at your abilities, and so forth.
