The Abu Dhabi real estate market has seen notable activity during this period due to the increasing demand for quality projects that offer quality services to buyers.

Reportage Properties, the UAE’s leading real estate developer, has revealed the launch of its new “Plaza” project in Masdar City, Abu Dhabi, comprising 348 residential units. The project will enhance the company’s portfolio of projects in Masdar City, one of the most sustainable urban communities in the world.

Islam Ahmed Suleiman, CEO of Reportage Properties, stressed that the company is keen to expand its presence in Masdar City and develop more sustainable real estate projects, including the latest of innovations, smart services and sustainable solutions that will help save energy and water consumption. Its bids comply with sustainable construction requirements and protect the environment.

He said the launch of the “Plaza” project was due to the high demand for the company’s projects in Abu Dhabi or Dubai, noting that there is strong demand for property purchases in the Reportage Properties project in Masdar City, which is an urban sustainable development example.

Reportage Properties’ project list in Masdar City includes Oasis Residence 1 with 612 apartments, Oasis Residence 2 with about 304 residential units, The Gate with an additional 463 apartments and Leonardo with 177 apartments in Masdar Residence City and handed over more than two years ago.

The “Plaza” consists of 348 residential units, including 154 studios, 96 one-bedroom apartments and 57 two-bedroom apartments. The project also offers 41 4-bedroom townhouses for the first time in Masdar City.

Suleiman explained that the 110,000-square-foot “square” is notable for its strategic location connected to the main road and is surrounded by parks, schools, mosques, banks and shops.
