The event is scheduled to start on January 13, 2023. Officially, the last day of the festival is January 22. As announced by the Abu Dhabi Department of Culture and Tourism, the event will be held in both architectural and outdoor areas of the Al Hosn District.
Expect performances, film screenings, art installations, exhibitions and workshops. The festival’s popular Maker Village, which showcases goods made by local and regional designers and artisans, will also return.

Al Hosn Festival is a family oriented event in Abu Dhabi

Other live events will include live performances by local artists who hope to give visitors a glimpse into life in Abu Dhabi before oil was discovered. Bring your family for craft and design workshops, pop-up retail and a selection of delicious food.
Al Hosn Festival not only promotes cultural practices, but also provides a space for modern experimentation in Abu Dhabi’s urban landscape. The event is in line with DCT Abu Dhabi’s mission and vision. The entire festival aims to promote Abu Dhabi’s status as a cultural destination. The emirate is providing a stage for creative experimentation and participation by the public.
