LITTLE ROCK, Feb. 23 (AP) — Five people were killed when a small plane crashed near a Little Rock factory Wednesday shortly after takeoff, authorities said.

The twin-engine plane crashed outside the 3M factory in Little Rock, a few miles south of Bill and Hillary Clinton National Airport, said Lt. Cody Burke, a spokesman for the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office. The FAA said five people were on board the plane.
