Tom Cruise makes a special trip to Abu Dhabi

Tom Cruise Returning in style to Abu Dhabi International Airport’s Midfield Terminal, here’s the main part Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part 1 The film was filmed ahead of its Middle East premiere at the Mandarin Oriental at Emirates Palace.

The iconic building of the Midfield terminal is decorated with a similar theme in honor of its role in the film, where one of the most thrilling and technically complex action scenes was filmed on the building’s 315-meter-high roof .

The film will be released in theaters on July 13, 2023, marking the first time the interior of the terminal will be seen by the public. Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part 1 There are also airport-specific sets, including the Etihad First Class Lounge, and a setting in the stunning Liwa Desert.

Scenes filmed at the Midfield terminal required 21 days of prep, seven days of production on shoot, and involved 762 actors, crew and suppliers. This is the second Mission: Impossible film to be shot in Abu Dhabi. In 2018, the halo skydiving scene was filmed in the emirate with the help of the UAE military, Abu Dhabi Film Commission and twofour54.
