Abu Dhabi Council of Women Entrepreneurs enters partnership with Wio Bank

Abu Dhabi, UAE – The Abu Dhabi Women Entrepreneurs Council has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Wio Bank PJSC, the region’s first platform bank, to support women entrepreneurs in growing their businesses through merchant banking solutions.

The MoU was signed by Her Excellency Asma Al Fahim, Chairman of Abu Dhabi Women Entrepreneurs Council, and Jamal Al Awadhi, Chief Operations and Experience Officer, Wio Bank, following a seminar titled ‘How to Grow Your Business’ at the Abu Dhabi Business Center. than the headquarters of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ADCCI).

The partnership will bring a range of benefits to women entrepreneurs and business owners, enabling them to successfully manage their businesses. In addition to enhanced access to Wio Business, Wio Bank’s business banking solution, female business owners and entrepreneurs will also benefit from financial management training, expert talks, webinars jointly led by the Abu Dhabi Women Entrepreneurs Council and Wio Bank meetings and focus groups. The two organizations will also explore other areas of cooperation to advance the private sector in Abu Dhabi.
