During the tour, volunteers from BAPS explained how folklore from Indian belief systems and other world beliefs are depicted in the temple. The envoys marveled at the intricately hand-carved columns, façades and rafters within the temple architecture, which incorporate Emirati and Indian cultural motifs. The ambassadors also interacted with artisans and other members of the temple team. The BAPS Hindu Temple reflects the benevolence of the UAE government, which gifted 17 acres of land for the temple complex. Furthermore, the completion of Temple, which is eagerly awaited by the 3.5 million Indians who call the UAE their second home, will continue to serve as a symbol of friendship between India and the UAE.
