Aldar launches Manarat Living on Saadiyat Island

Aldar Properties has launched Manarat Living, a boutique residential complex in Abu Dhabi’s cultural district on Saadiyat Island.

The development will feature 273 residences near the cultural hub of Manarat Al Saadiyat. The area is close to the beach, vibrant dining and nightlife options such as Mamsha Al Saadiyat and Soul Beach, five world-class museums, the Abrahamic Family House and Cranleigh, one of Abu Dhabi’s top schools.

Manarat Living is the first project to hit the market as part of Aldar’s design-led cities series; the company’s new boutique living concept that will bring a variety of communities to prime locations in Abu Dhabi at more affordable prices.

The development has a vibrant urban aesthetic. Residents of Manarat Living will have access to art studios, yoga lounge areas and Zen gardens, as well as bespoke design elements and color palettes in the apartments.

The units come in studio, one- and two-bedroom layouts, as well as two-bedroom apartments with maid’s quarters. Buyers can choose from two color schemes for their home.

Prices for studio apartments start from Dhs634,000, single beds from Dhs1.28m, two beds from Dhs1.95m and two beds plus maids from Dhs2.45m. Apartments can be purchased from February 9th.

The development has been carefully designed to deliver an even more desirable experience, in line with Aldar’s commitment to customer centricity. Residents will benefit from a wide range of premium amenities including function rooms, co-working spaces, rooftop swimming pool, gym, vertical running track, and more. Residents can also enjoy everything the island has to offer, including Saadiyat Grove, luxury beach resorts, world-renowned museums and top educational institutions such as Berklee College of Music and Cranley School.

The development’s unique location makes it an attractive proposition for first home buyers as well as expatriate and international investors.

It is also within close proximity to Abu Dhabi’s major infrastructure projects and lifestyle destinations, including Yas Island, Abu Dhabi City, Al Jubail Island and Al Reem Island. Construction of Manarat Living will begin in the third quarter of 2023 and handover is expected to begin in the first quarter of 2026.

Manarat Living will employ a range of sustainable design and construction measures, including the use of efficient water fixtures, green building techniques and sustainable building materials. The development aims to achieve a two pearl rating according to the Estidama sustainability rating system.

In other news, Aldar Properties and Dubai Holding have signed a joint venture agreement to develop new properties in prime locations in Dubai.

The landmark agreement marks Aldar’s entry into Dubai’s real estate market as part of the company’s wider expansion into new markets. The move strengthens Aldar’s development plans following recent acquisitions of Abu Dhabi’s new waterfront developments at Al Fahid Island and Ras Al Khaimah.
