Azizi hands over 634-unit project in Dubai Medical City


UAE-based Azizi Developments celebrated the handover of its 634-unit key project Creek Views I in Dubai Medical City yesterday (22 August).

The major mixed-use development includes 396 studios, 218 one- and 20 two-bedroom units, and 33,341 square feet of upscale retail space.

Blending views of old and new Dubai, Creek Views I represent the emirate’s extraordinary transformation from its traditional iconic past to a modern, reimagined future.

Azizi’s statement said Creek Views I was designed to offer the very best in contemporary luxury, featuring an all-inclusive health club that includes a swimming pool, gym, sauna, steam room and serene outdoor yoga space.

It added that founder and chairman Mirwais Azizi, CEO Farhad Azizi and his senior management team and other stakeholders involved in the project, including investors, banks, authorities, channel partners, attended the ribbon-cutting ceremony.

Commenting on the handover, Azizi said: “We are extremely excited to hand over the keys to these 634 extraordinary homes. Now hundreds of families can proudly call Creek Views I their home and through its prime location and convenient connections to enhance their lifestyle. , comprehensive amenities and outstanding build quality.”

Overlooking Dubai Medical City, Creek Views I offers panoramic views of the iconic Dubai Creek and the picturesque Downtown Dubai skyline, the senior official said.

Located on Al Khail Road, the hotel is minutes away from Dubai International Airport, Dubai Mall and Business Bay, and DIFC, providing access to all of the city’s major business, leisure and retail hubs. –
