UAE-based Azizi Developments has partnered with German formwork and scaffolding systems manufacturer and supplier Peri for the Beachfront I project at its Riviera, a premium beachfront development in Dubai’s MBR City.
Offering beachfront living in the heart of Dubai, the three 14-storey development will feature 252 studios, 84 one- and two-bedroom residences, and 19 retail spaces for a total of 439 units.
Each building is situated on the shores of Azizi’s 2.7km long swimmable crystal lagoon, featuring direct beach access, swimming pools, extensive landscaped areas, fully equipped gym, barbecue area, children’s playground and games area, and yoga space .
In addition, the community will include multiple basketball and tennis courts, extensive jogging and biking paths, and numerous other amenities to provide residents with a vibrant living experience and foster a true sense of belonging.
On the deal, CEO Farhad Azizi said: “We are excited to partner with Peri to source formwork and scaffolding systems for our Beachfront I project in the Riviera, not least because they are the undisputed market leader , and they are a family business that fully understands the importance of putting customer satisfaction at the forefront of their operations, just like we do.”
