BSBG unveils design for 754-unit JLT residential tower

[ad_1]

Brewer Smith Brewer Group (BSBG), a leading international design and executive architect based in Dubai, London and Riyadh, has unveiled designs for Upper House, a high-rise residential tower being developed by Ellington Properties.

Ellington’s AED1.2 billion (US$327 million) Upper House will feature 754 apartments, including studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom units, offering residents expansive views of the Jumeirah Islands and Dubai Marina skyline.

It embodies a holistic design philosophy and is Ellington’s first residential development within Jumeirah Lakes Towers (JLT), a premier mixed-use community established by the Dubai Multi Commodities Center (DMCC). It will be completed in early 2026.

The design-led Emirati boutique developer signed on with BSBG last year to collaborate on four new projects in Dubai – the first being the Upper House.

BSBG said the main development will feature a variety of leisure facilities and amenities, including a 37-metre horizon pool, an interactive gym, a health club with a climbing wall, a yoga studio, a sky spa and cricket and basketball courts within its statement.

In addition, residents have access to a custom built movie theater, residential clubhouse, record lounge, podcast room, indoor skate park, pet play area, children’s splash pad and play area, and outdoor grilling area.

Announcing the design, Michael Lewis, BSBG Group Design Director, said: “The Upper House in Ellington is the epitome of a connected community, with state-of-the-art facilities delivering a lifestyle and wellness vision. aspiration, creating a benchmark for the health of Dubai.”

The high-end twin-tower residential development looks almost “Gateway to JLT” from the south and will offer ultra-modern apartments and expansive terraces with 360-degree views of JLT and the Jumeirah Marina coastline.

“The number and variety of amenities is enormous and very interesting because most developers don’t usually commit to such a large amount of non-leasable space in one plan,” Lewis commented.

“But it creates a real sense of place, a real sense of community, and everything is designed to connect people in the scheme. For me, that’s the main aspiration of the project,” he said. added.-TradeArabia News Service
