Damac Properties has announced the official launch of its 42-storey three-tower property – Damac Bay in Cavalli – in Dubai Harbour.
Aesthetically designed by the iconic Cavalli brand, the main development aims to welcome residents to luxurious beachside living, according to the Dubai developer.
Damac Bay maintains a design scheme inspired by the wonders of sea life, with interiors including seashells, pearls and zebrafish motifs, while the sleek exterior pays homage to the tranquil waves.
As a highlight, the towers of Damac Bay feature Cavalli-inspired bridges coiled around the roof. It said the property offered residents a choice from one-bedroom apartments in the development’s master plan to five-bedroom ultra-luxury duplexes.
Niall McLoughlin, Damac Senior Vice President, said: “Our goal with Damac Bay is to bring the wonder of ocean well-being closer to residents than ever before. The property is built in such a way that all residents have equal access to a lifestyle of luxury, convenience and The tranquility of the sea is the focus.”
“With Cavalli’s purpose-designed, innovative layout, the property ensures residents and guests are kept entertained, refreshed and rejuvenated,” McLoughlin noted.
The 2nd to 32nd floors feature luxurious one-, two- and three-bedroom units, allowing residents to enjoy the comforts of beachside living. He added that floors 33 to 42 offer a range of unit sizes from three-bedroom to five-bedroom duplexes with meticulous attention to detail to offer a wonderful beachside lifestyle.
According to McLoughlin, residents of Damac Bay will have access to a private beach of white sand, a range of dining options and the property’s exclusive Cavalli Lounge. Additionally, it said the three-tower building was built to provide each unit with beautiful waterfront views.
“Damac Bay’s lobby is the hotel’s welcome point, inspired by tall glass windows and the beauty of the sea. Further into the hotel, the tower’s podium level offers sea retreats and snorkeling excursions in the form of an elaborate water maze,” he explained.
The podium also features hammocks suspended above the building’s in-ground infinity pool, providing easy access to the Cavalli Lounge and its premium menu.
All three towers feature rooftop infinity pools, allowing residents to bask in breathtaking views and work comfortably on vista’s floating workstations. The rooftop area is also equipped with a state-of-the-art opera house overlooking the calm waves of the Arabian Gulf, he added.
According to DAMAC, the highlight of DAMAC Bay is the fountain located in the central tower. Synced to opera music, massive fountains offer onlookers a water show that can be enjoyed both near the tower and from miles away.
It added that children living in Damac Bay will have the opportunity to attend a virtual reality school, with lessons projected by laser onto the hotel’s fountain.-TradeArabia News Service
