Dubai Fourth Corridor: Dh3.5 Billion 80km Road Project Approved
Dubai has approved a Dh3.5 billion road project to develop the Dubai Fourth Corridor, an 80-kilometre route designed to improve connections between Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah.
The project will connect Al Faya Road in Abu Dhabi with Al Shanouf Road in Sharjah. It will create an additional major route for motorists travelling between the three emirates and support growing traffic demand.
The Dubai Fourth Corridor will include a 12-lane road, bridges and tunnels. The new infrastructure is expected to increase road capacity and improve traffic movement across the connected areas.
The project is part of Dubai’s continued investment in its transport network. With residential communities, businesses and economic activity expanding across the emirates, new road links are being developed to support future travel needs.
