Dubai Property Transactions Hit Dh419.94 Billion in H1 2026

New Data Shows Dubai Property Transactions Topped Dh419.94 Billion

Dubai’s property scene just had a massive six months. According to fresh Dubai Land Department figures, Dubai property transactions totalled around Dh419.94 billion between January and June 2026, spread across 112,850 individual deals.

Sales alone made up a big chunk of that number, with more than Dh286 billion changing hands through over 86,000 property sales. That makes it the second-highest first half ever recorded in Dubai, just behind the record-breaking numbers from the same period last year.

Mortgages also stayed strong, crossing Dh102 billion through more than 22,000 transactions. Gifted properties added another Dh31.4 billion to the tally, based on over 4,500 transactions.

Ready-built homes led the pack among sales, bringing in over Dh146 billion. Residential units, buildings and land plots all saw healthy activity across the emirate.

The second quarter alone contributed more than Dh110 billion in sales, showing the momentum didn’t slow down as the year moved along.

These Dubai property transactions numbers reflect continued confidence from both local and international buyers, even as the market has cooled slightly compared to last year’s historic highs.

Analysts say steady mortgage activity and strong ready-property demand point to a market that’s maturing rather than slowing down.
