Etihad Airways, the national airline of the United Arab Emirates, has entered into a reciprocal interline partnership with three new airline partners – Philippine Airlines (PAL), Austrian Airlines (OS) and Airlink South Africa (4Z).

“Our deal with Airlink South Africa complements our existing options with South African Airways, allowing connecting passengers seamless travel to 16 domestic destinations in South Africa and 25 regional African destinations on our Johannesburg flights.
“By partnering with Philippine Airlines, the large number of Filipino expats living in the UAE will be provided with the convenience of Etihad’s twice-daily Manila flights, giving them easy access to 19 domestic Philippine destinations, including Cebu, Kaga Yande Oro, Davao and Kalibo.
“Our links with Biman and Air Seychelles have been impacted by the migration of these airlines’ own systems over the past 12 months, so we are delighted to re-establish links with them to complement our own Dhaka and Mahé services and Provides more destinations such as Chittagong and Praslin.
