Formula One and MSC Cruises have launched hospitality packages for the season-ending Abu Dhabi Grand Prix.
- MSC Virtuosa to call at Abu Dhabi Cruise Terminal from 23-27 November
- Fans can buy packages ranging from cabin-only tickets to the full Formula 1 experience, including pit lane walks and guided circuit tours
- For groups of two or more, the cheapest fare starts at £730 ($887) per person, rising to £3,580 ($4,676) per person for the most premium package
- One-way fares range from £1,100 (US$1,336) to £7,160 (US$8,696)
context: MSC Cruises recently won the rights to showcase Formula One on its ships, as three-year contract The IMG agency signed the series to its Sport 24 and Sport 24 Extra channels.The emphasis on the exclusivity of the packages may be a reaction to the whirlwind surrounding the Las Vegas Grand Prix ahead of the race, with hospitality packages reportedly costing as much as $5 million.
