March 19 (United Press International) — The FBI is offering a $20,000 reward for the kidnapping of a great-grandmother who commutes between her Los Angeles and Mexico homes.
Maria del Carmen Lopez has been missing since February 9, when she allegedly kidnapped from her home Located in Pueblo Nuevo, Colima, Mexico. The 63-year-old is a Hispanic American citizen. “We were able to hear a recording of her begging us to help her,” Lopez’s daughter Zonia said, according to NBC News.
