Hospitality platform Hudini set for record growth in 2022

With more than 60% of hotel executives expecting to introduce fully contactless experiences by 2025, global smart hotel solutions provider Hudini saw record demand for its hotel guest experience solutions in 2022.

Hudini enables hotels to deliver a connected guest journey from pre-arrival to post-departure, ensuring faster, contactless and hyper-personalized service delivery. The company’s hotel middleware platform connects more than 100 hotel applications in one guest interface.

Driven by data and artificial intelligence, Hudini’s proprietary software works across all touchpoints of the guest journey, from online reservations, mobile check-in and digital room keys, to room service, communications, check-out and payments. With more than 300 hotels in 25 countries, Hudini is quickly becoming the industry standard for digital transformation in the hospitality industry.

The hospitality industry relies on its ability to connect people with the places they visit, thereby creating memorable experiences for guests. Trusted by some of the world’s leading hotel groups across multiple segments and continents, Hudini has doubled its portfolio of hotel partners in the past twelve months, including Taj Hotels and The Leela group in India, SH Hotels & Resorts, RCD Hotels in Mexico and the Caribbean and Accor Group, have also signed a cooperation agreement with the Institute of Hotel Technology (ITH), which represents the national accommodation industry in Spain and includes more than 16,000 hotels.

Through its offices in the United States, Europe, the Middle East and Asia, Hudini is able to serve its global clients locally. To support the company’s record growth, the Indian team moved into new premises this year and the European team expanded with the addition of a permanent base in France.
