LUCKNOW, June 30 (PTI) IndiGo will add two daily non-stop flights from Lucknow Airport to Abu Dhabi and Dubai from July 12, officials said on Friday.

In a statement, a spokesman for Chaudhary Charan Singh International Airport (CCSIA) said the average international flight at the airport will increase from Increase from 13 to 17 classes per day.

The daily direct flight from Lucknow Airport to Abu Dhabi will depart at 18.20 and the Abu Dhabi to Lucknow flight will arrive at 03.25. The Lucknow-Dubai flight will depart at 13.30 and the Dubai-Lucknow flight will arrive at 22.20.

Lucknow Airport has successfully added three new airlines – AirAsia India, Akasa Air, AirAsia Thai – to start operations in the state capital.

On average, around 18,000 passengers pass through Lucknow Airport on 120 flights per day.

For the first quarter of 2023-24, CCSIA recorded nearly 1.55 million passenger trips, the airport statement said.
