“There were so many Bridget Jones moments, we were laughing the whole time, pure bliss.”
James then thanked them for their five-star St. Regis resort.

“Biatric surgery and major lifestyle changes have meant I’m in the best shape of my life – physically and mentally.
“However, losing such a significant amount of weight means there are still parts of my body that I’m self-conscious about.
‘ That’s why I decided to do a tummy tuck with @wearetransform to get rid of excess skin from weight loss that I couldn’t lose with diet and exercise.
“My surgery went very well and my doctors and nurses were fantastic at explaining the procedure and guiding me through the journey – a huge thank you to them.
