John Cena Abu Dhabi Appearance Set for Middle East Film & Comic Con 2026
John Cena Abu Dhabi fans are getting a major entertainment event this weekend as the WWE legend and Hollywood actor heads to the Middle East Film & Comic Con (MEFCC) 2026.
Cena is scheduled to appear at MEFCC in Abu Dhabi on September 12 and 13. The annual pop-culture event begins on September 11 and will bring celebrities, comic-book fans, cosplayers and entertainment enthusiasts together at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre.
John Cena’s appearance is expected to be one of the biggest attractions of this year’s convention. Fans will have opportunities to meet the star during his scheduled appearances and experience one of the region’s biggest celebrations of film, television, comics and popular culture.
The Abu Dhabi event has hosted several major international stars in recent years. The 2025 edition attracted more than 46,000 visitors, highlighting the growing popularity of the convention in the UAE.
Cena has built a global profile through his professional wrestling career and Hollywood projects. His Abu Dhabi appearance adds another major international celebrity to the UAE’s growing entertainment calendar.
