In the video, Carena, in athleisure attire, trying out some tough yoga poses while working out on the mat. She also tries some quick cardio on the patio and ends the session with some deep breathing exercises. The actor has hinted at getting her body trimmed for her next film with Rhea Kapoor, “Crew.” The film, which also stars Tabu and Kriti Sanon, is said to be based on the lives of the crew.
Sharing the video on her Instagram Story, Kareena tagged her producer and wrote, “Get ready, crew,” adding biceps and heart emojis to it. Rhea retweeted the video with the words “my champion”.
