Longmont Startup Week, scheduled for the week of September 26, brings together northern Colorado entrepreneurs, investors and local leaders.
The event will take place at venues throughout downtown Longmont this year and will require a large number of volunteers.
“We’re looking for passionate individuals who love and support everything that makes Longmont’s startup community so special: people, ideas, originality and energy,” Dave Smith, vice president of Avocet Communications, said in a news release. “Whether your Whether your unique talent is logistics, technical support, speaker outreach, or just your energy and enthusiasm, we want you to be a part of this fantastic event.
Volunteers are needed for event logistics, entertainment coordination, social media management, speaker coordination, venue coordination, technical assistance, and on-site guest assistance.

Those interested in volunteering are invited to attend an on-site Kickoff Volunteer Council meeting Wednesday at Avocet Communications, 425 Longmont Avenue.
