A brother sued his sister in the Abu Dhabi Family, Civil and Administrative Services Court, demanding that she be obliged to take the car he handed over to her to the nearest police station as soon as possible and pay Dh30,000 for the traffic offence value and The fine she committed against his car from the day she received it.
He also made her obligated to pay 12% statutory interest, fees and expenses.
The plaintiff argued that the car was valued at Dh40,000 and that he gave it to his sister to use but she committed numerous violations using it and did not return the car to him.

He confirmed that no criminal proceedings existed between the plaintiff and the defendant.
The court dismissed the case and ordered plaintiffs to pay fees and costs, saying there was no evidence in the case documents to prove what he claimed was true.
The court also noted that the plaintiff did not request an investigation to prove the facts he claimed.
