Enas successfully oversaw contracts valued at millions of dollars. Worked closely with external consultants, like McKinsey & Co. Deloitte and PwC showcasing her dedication to achieving exceptional outcomes.

Enas’s dedication and contributions to DEWA are also worth noticing. In 2016, DEWA received the Distinguished Government Entity Award from the Dubai Government Excellence Program, thanks to her exceptional achievements. When we asked about that, she told us, “I served in Egypt as the leader of the evaluation team and quality assurance expert for the Egypt Award for Government Excellence.” Her involvement in this initiative aimed to align Egypt with its sustainable development strategy, Egypt Vision 2030, by fostering an efficient and effective administrative body guided by principles of good governance.

In her current role as a strategic development advisor to the Ministry of Energy in the UAE, Enas continues to leave an indelible mark. She says, “Currently, I am highly focused on creating multi-year, consumer-focused strategic plans for the energy sector. These plans are designed to achieve the long-term growth goals of the UAE, emphasizing sustainability and innovation.”
Enas’s academic pursuits have also complemented her professional journey. She participated in the Harvard Kennedy School of Government Executive Education Program, particularly in the “Strategic Management of Regulatory and Executive Agencies” program. She explains, “This experience has equipped me with the knowledge and insights to navigate the distinct strategic and managerial challenges associated with government agencies effectively.”
