What is the idea behind Your Company?
The concept driving Cubes Business Center is to support small and medium-sized businesses and entrepreneurs with a flexible and cost-effective workspace that provides all the necessary amenities for effective operations. Our Business Center offers a diverse range of office sizes, meeting rooms, and shared workspaces, complemented by various services such as high-speed internet, printing, and reception assistance. How did you embark on your career journey, and do you have any advice for beginners?
I began my career journey by exploring my interests and strengths. Initially, I worked in a field entirely unrelated to the real estate and business center industry. However, I narrowed down my options and took the time to think about my passions and career goals.
With a better understanding of myself and what I was looking for, I started researching different career paths. Eventually, I landed the opportunity to establish a small business center with twenty office spaces. Over time, it has grown significantly, now boasting more than 150 offices and serving a multitude of clients.
For beginners, I offer the following advice:
- Start small without fear. You don’t have to immediately land your dream job or start your own business. Gain experience in a related field to understand the industry better and make valuable connections that can lead to future opportunities.
- Be persistent. Finding the right career path or investment might take time. Stay motivated and keep exploring your options while networking with others. The right fit will come along eventually.

The goal of our company, Cubes Business Center, is to provide a comprehensive solution for small and medium-sized businesses and entrepreneurs. We aim to address the challenges they face in securing a suitable workspace that aligns with their needs and budget.

This flexibility ensures that they can adapt their workspace to match their evolving requirements without being tied down by rigid leasing contracts.
