What is the idea behind Your Company?

The concept driving Cubes Business Center is to support small and medium-sized businesses and entrepreneurs with a flexible and cost-effective workspace that provides all the necessary amenities for effective operations. Our Business Center offers a diverse range of office sizes, meeting rooms, and shared workspaces, complemented by various services such as high-speed internet, printing, and reception assistance. This enables businesses to effortlessly adjust their scale of operations as required, without the burden of upfront costs associated with office rental or purchase.

Furthermore, our business center fosters a dynamic environment by facilitating networking opportunities for businesses. This fosters connections and cultivates relationships that can potentially lead to exciting new opportunities.

How did you embark on your career journey, and do you have any advice for beginners?

I began my career journey by exploring my interests and strengths. Initially, I worked in a field entirely unrelated to the real estate and business center industry. However, I narrowed down my options and took the time to think about my passions and career goals.

With a better understanding of myself and what I was looking for, I started researching different career paths. Eventually, I landed the opportunity to establish a small business center with twenty office spaces. Over time, it has grown significantly, now boasting more than 150 offices and serving a multitude of clients.

For beginners, I offer the following advice:

  1. Start small without fear. You don’t have to immediately land your dream job or start your own business. Gain experience in a related field to understand the industry better and make valuable connections that can lead to future opportunities.
  2. Be persistent. Finding the right career path or investment might take time. Stay motivated and keep exploring your options while networking with others. The right fit will come along eventually.

What is the goal of Your Company? What problem are you solving with it?

The goal of our company, Cubes Business Center, is to provide a comprehensive solution for small and medium-sized businesses and entrepreneurs. We aim to address the challenges they face in securing a suitable workspace that aligns with their needs and budget.

By offering flexible office space options on both short-term and long-term agreements, we cater to businesses that are experiencing growth or require frequent location changes. This flexibility ensures that they can adapt their workspace to match their evolving requirements without being tied down by rigid leasing contracts.

One of the primary problems we solve is the affordability aspect of establishing a professional office space. Many businesses find it financially burdensome to invest in traditional offices due to the high upfront costs of renovations and furniture. With Cubes Business Center, businesses only pay for the space they utilize, making it a cost-effective alternative to renting or buying a traditional office.

How do you plan to motivate your team to go the extra mile?

I believe in setting clear expectations and goals for my employees. I understand that they need to know what is expected of them and have a clear understanding of what they are working towards. By doing so, I can help them stay motivated and focused on achieving their targets.

Moreover, I make it a point to recognize and reward their achievements. When my employees go the extra mile and exceed expectations, I ensure that their hard work is appreciated and acknowledged. Offering recognition and rewards not only shows them that their efforts are valued but also serves as a strong motivator for them to continue giving their best.

What keeps Your Company moving forward, even in the face of challenges?

Cubes Business Center is fortunate to have a strong team of dedicated and hardworking employees. These individuals are committed to the success of the company and are always willing to go the extra mile. Additionally, we have a clear vision for the future, providing the company with a sense of direction and motivating employees to work towards common goals.

On the other hand, we are never afraid to adapt to change. The company continuously seeks new ways to enhance its products and services, and we are always open to experimenting with new ideas.
