The UAE Museum of the Future and the Mohammed bin Rashid Space Center (MBRSC) have joined forces to leverage their advancements in science, technology and innovation to enhance the country’s position as a global leader in designing the future and space exploration.
Emirati astronaut Sultan Al Neyadi announced the partnership in a video taken from the International Space Station (ISS). Al Neyadi said: “This collaboration will achieve new milestones in the UAE’s technology and space sectors, striving to reach even greater heights in a country that does not know the word ‘impossible’.”
this Future Museum As part of the collaboration, the UAE will coordinate various events and initiatives with MBRSC to showcase the UAE’s efforts in space exploration. The partnership also seeks currently ambitious projects, such as astronaut training for the next generation of future pioneers.
Partners Designing the Future
The strategic partnership between the Museum of the Future and MBRSC was signed at the Museum’s inaugural Partnership Gala in recognition of its strategic partners and their extensive efforts for the Museum.
The meeting was attended by many government officials and directors of major local and international companies who contributed to the establishment of the museum as a global knowledge platform and an international center for the design of the future.
“We are delighted to enter into this partnership with the Museum of the Future. Not only does this partnership align with our shared vision of making space science more accessible, but it also ensures that the programs we build are culturally relevant and sustainable for our communities ,” said Humaid Al Marri, Director General of MBRSC.
The ultimate goal is to inspire learners by creating a meaningful connection to MBRSC’s mission and initiatives, Al Marri said, while pointing to a partnership with the Museum of the Future
Further offering UAE children and families a unique opportunity to engage, learn and expand their knowledge and understanding of space.

The partnership between the two entities highlights the country’s extraordinary achievements in the space industry.
Since its opening in February 2022, the partners of the Museum of the Future have organized numerous events, conferences and forums, inviting renowned experts and specialists from all over the world. These events offer visitors the opportunity to learn about Dubai’s vision for its future and how this can provide a vision for the entire world.

Last April, the museum had a live call with ISS astronaut Al Neyadi.
MBRSC also announced the details and objectives of the second mission of the Emirati Astronaut Program in February 2023 at the Museum and welcomed the first Emirati Astronaut, Hazza Al Mansouri, at various meetings and events organized by the Museum.
