Seventeen food vendors and nearly two dozen artists set up booths at Garver Feed Mill’s third annual Women’s Festival on Sunday, February 19. Femmestival celebrates women, women, and non-binary creators who make everything from vegan cupcakes and decadent local ice cream to handmade earrings, charcuterie boards, clothing, and art prints.
Femmestival will return On Sunday, February 26th, from noon to 8pm, there will be a new batch of artisans and a host of musicians. Free to all at 3241 Garver Green.
DJ Sarah Akawa and Tempestt Ballenger (DJ Femme Noir) played upbeat female-centric music on the balcony of the Garver Feed Mill.
