How did you start your entrepreneurship journey? Do you have some advice for beginners?

I started my professional journey at the age of 18. It wasn’t really a smooth climb. We started with construction work in India locally. Eventually, we got into brokerage and land development, and now we are operating in India, Canada and Dubai.

My advice for beginners is to have a proper plan in mind, put in your work, learn in-depth, and never give up in the face of failure.

What do you believe is the most crucial part of continuing business seamlessly?

Providing Great Service. Many successful businesses forget that providing great customer service is important. If you provide better service for your customers, they’ll be more inclined to come to you the next time they need something instead of going to your competition. And this also goes without saying that consistency is the key.

We saw that you are active as a leader in multiple companies. What are your goals through your companies, and how do you plan to help individuals with them?

Particularly by being engaged with the team and working with them. Great leaders aren’t afraid to admit mistakes or take risks. They understand that respect is earned through empathy, compassion, and trust.

Recognizing employees and rewarding them, especially by calling out accomplishments and helping employees get ahead in their careers.

Describe yourself in one word.

To describe myself in one word, I’m a very ambitious person. I take up all learning opportunities that enhance my skills and know-how to cope up with failures. I like challenging myself to find creative solutions as quickly as possible and resolve any issues at hand.

Do employees’ energy and enthusiasm have a hand in business success? How do you plan to motivate your team to go the extra mile?

Yes, absolutely, as they are the pillars of the company. Motivate them by assisting with tasks and providing leadership when needed, helping if something goes wrong, and making suggestions for moving forward. And also by rewarding them with monetary incentives.

How would you describe your leadership style?

Leadership is about collaboration and inspiring others to do their best work. I aim to direct and collaborate with my team members by delegating tasks, leading by example, and ensuring they know I care.

Did you face any challenges during your career span? If so, how were you able to overcome them?

The main challenge was that our time of initiation was also when the pandemic hit the world. Everything was at a halt. We took that time to work out new plans and start afresh.

Are you adapting to digital transformation? How is it helping your business?

Yes, it’s been a great source in increasing our customer satisfaction. It has also helped in increasing efficiency, greater business agility, and ultimately unlocking new value for employees and customers.

Do you use innovative ideas to be unique?

You can’t force innovative ideas, but you can create the right environment for them. In our company, everyone is free to express their ideas.

Where is your leadership going? What benefits do your clients get from your company in this competitive world?

Simply put, leadership is about taking risks and challenging the status quo. Leaders motivate others to achieve something new and better. I will continue to do so.
