‘Race, gender, climate put America in trouble’: Vivek Ramaswamy | World News

[ad_1]

Three Secular Religions—Race, Gender, and Climate—Block America Today, Republican presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy told his fellow conservative Republicans and floated damaging ideas, including dismantling the Department of Education with the FBI and banning American companies from doing business with China if he is elected as the president of the country in 2024.

“The Declaration of Independence of today is our declaration of independence from China. If Thomas Jefferson were alive today, that is the Declaration of Independence he would sign. That is the Declaration of Independence I will sign if I am elected as your next president, Ramaswamy, 37, was speaking at the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC), the top annual event for the Republican Party and its support base.

Announcing his decision to run for the White House in 2024 last week, Ramaswamy noted in his first major speech on the CPAC national stage that he was inspired by former President Donald Trump, 76, and his fellow Inspired imagination of “America first”. Now is the time to identify the problems and actively address them, he said.

In his 18-minute speech, Ramaswamy said that “three secular religions have America in trouble today.”

The first of these is this “awakened racial religion,” which says someone’s identity is based on the color of his skin. “If you’re black, you’re inherently disadvantaged. If you’re white, you’re inherently privileged, regardless of your economic background or upbringing. Your race defines who you are and what you can achieve in life achievement,” he said.

This created “this new culture of fear” in America, combined with a “Second Secular Religion” that says “the gender of the person you’re attracted to has to be hardwired the day you were born”, But your own biological sex is completely fluid throughout your life.”

“Unless it’s a religion, it doesn’t mean anything. It doesn’t conform to reason, it conforms to religion. Then it does the same moves as the first religion,” Ramaswamy said.

The third is the climate religion in the United States, which says “We must fight carbon emissions in the United States at all costs, while we transfer the same carbon emissions to places like China. It is said that even if you believe in this religion, you would have embraced nuclear power, which is the best form of carbon-free energy production known to man.”

“And yet these people are against nuclear energy. What’s really going on is that climate religion has as much to do with climate as the Spanish Inquisition has to do with Christ, let alone. It’s about power, domination, control, punishment and apology. We’re in this country and the modern West as we know it,” Ramaswamy said to applause from the audience.

America, he said, is in a crisis of national identity.

“Take it from me. I’m 37 years old. I’m a millennial. I was born in 1985. I’ll tell you, my generation, really every generation of Americans today, we’re desperate for a career .We were hungry at a point in our nation’s history when the things that used to feed our desires for purpose, faith, patriotism, hard work, family all disappeared,” he said.

“We aspire to be part of something bigger than ourselves, but we can’t even answer the question of what it means to be an American today. This is an opportunity for the Republican Party. This is an opportunity for the conservative movement to rise and use America’s to fill that void with a vision of a national identity so deep that it dilutes the poison of this awakening to irrelevance,” he said.

Ramaswamy said he fully supports the “America First” agenda. “Trust me, I’m an America First conservative. I’m not going to apologize for that. But in order to put America first, we need to rediscover what America is now. That’s why last week I announced my run for President of the United States To express a national identity that we lack in this country,” he said.

“It means you believe in merit, that you succeed in this country not by the color of your skin, but by your character and your contributions. That’s why, as President of the United States, I pledge to rid this country of affirmative action once and for all. It’s a national cancer on our soul,” he said.

The Indian-American said he would ban American companies from doing business in China.

“I think honesty is important. If we want to declare independence from China, that means we have to be willing to ban most American businesses from doing business in China until the CCP (Chinese Communist Party) falls or the CCP is fundamentally changed.” Reform itself . Because there’s no easy way out other than to take a Band-Aid and rip it off right away,” he said.

“Sorry, Henry Kissinger. We’ve done your experiment. In America, that’s the only way to go. We have to start thinking about the timescale of history, not the timescale of election cycles. We don’t need Chamberlain, our country It takes a bit of Churchill. If you’re willing to make sacrifices, you probably never have to, because the other side will fall first,” he asserted.

In his speech, Ramaswamy also called for the dismantling of the Ministry of Education and the FBI.

“I already said last week that the first institution that we’re going to shut down in America and that needs to shut down is the U.S. Department of Education. It has no reason to exist. It should never have existed.

“Today, I’m ready to announce that I’m closing down the second agency of government in this country, which we should have done at least 60 years ago. It’s hurting Republicans and Democrats. We’re going to finish it, and it’s time to shut down America The FBI and create something new to replace it, because we’ve completed J Edgar Hoover’s legacy and made this country a self-governing nation again,” he said.
