On Wednesday, the Integrated Transport Center (ITC) of the Abu Dhabi Department of Municipalities and Transport announced paid parking times, toll booth times and public bus timetables during Ramadan (1444 Hijri).
Parking will be charged at the current time during Ramadan from 8:00 am to midnight Monday to Saturday and free on Sunday.
The peak hours for the Darb toll system will be adjusted during Ramadan to 8:00 am to 10:00 am and 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm. Tolls are charged Monday to Saturday and free on Sundays.
public bus service
Public bus services will be available throughout the week during Ramadan in Abu Dhabi city and its suburbs. These services will operate in Abu Dhabi City from 5:00 am and 6:00 am until 1:00 am. As for the suburbs of Abu Dhabi, the service will operate from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm. In addition, the frequency of some services will vary slightly.
As for Al Ain, public bus services during Ramadan run from 7:00am to 2:00am. As for its suburbs, services will be provided from 6:00 am to 11:00 pm, with some services until midnight. Most suburban public bus services will remain the same, with slight changes to some services in Al Ain.
During Ramadan public bus services in Al Dhafrah will operate on the current service schedule with little change. Public bus services will not operate during Iftar time. As for the Abu Dhabi express service, the service operates from 6:00 am to 11:00 pm on weekdays and 6:00 am to 1:00 am on weekends.
The on-demand bus “Abu Dhabi Link” service will be available throughout the week from 6:00 am to 11:00 pm.
Customer Happiness Center
The Customer Happiness Centers in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain will receive clients during Ramadan Monday to Thursday from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm and Friday from 9:00 am to noon, the ITC said.
