I’m taking steps to understand my behavior and make healthier choices.
Despite my choice to be on reality TV and accept the good and bad that comes with it, in addition to my own actions, I have suffered personal attacks, lost friendships, received death threats and hate emails, and my privacy has been compromised. Violated.
I have started counseling to end my cycle of unhealthy behaviors, learn to set stronger emotional boundaries and learn to protect my mental health.
