Dubai-based Samana Developers has announced the launch of Skyros, its new AED510 million (US$139 million) residential project within Dubai’s Arjan neighbourhood.
Unveiling the project today (June 20), Samana said that the design concept and name of the project comes from the famous Greek island of Skyros, known for its white sandy beaches, sea caves and seaside villages.
In addition to the retail space, Samana Skyros has created a similar design on the mini-island, it said.
With a total built-up area of over 567,433 square feet, Skyros features 441 apartments comprising studios, one- and two-bedroom units with private pools.
According to Samana, the 3B+G+17 mid-sized luxury project is a continuation of several projects that Samana plans to launch this year, following the high investor turnover of its Greek island-themed projects in Europe.
Skyros also features two luxurious leisure pool decks, private pool, health club, indoor and outdoor gymnasium, sauna, steam room, children’s play area, rooftop basketball court, rooftop lounge, rooftop cinema, valet parking and its complement Say, retail space.
“We continue to receive strong interest in our new projects from European, Russian and CIS investors, especially those embodying Greek island themes and designs. Skyros has been designed in line with popular investor trends to meet demand,” its CEO Imran Farouk.
