Samsung inaugurates its inaugural customer service plaza in Abu Dhabi.

Samsung Gulf Electronics has unveiled a cutting-edge customer service plaza and lounge in the heart of Abu Dhabi, managed by their partner, Eros. Positioned strategically near Abu Dhabi City, this spacious 96-square-meter plaza is now available to cater to Samsung customers residing in and around the UAE capital.

The Customer Service Plaza provides a comprehensive range of services, including cell phone and tablet repairs, software updates, and cell phone recycling. Manned by highly skilled Samsung technicians, the facility ensures that customers’ devices receive expert care and attention.

One of the plaza’s notable attractions is the Samsung Lounge, a dedicated area where customers can explore, experience, and purchase Samsung’s flagship devices across various product categories, such as mobile phones, TVs, and Soundbars. In addition to repair and update services, customers also enjoy the benefits of sales and service synergies within the plaza.

Moreover, customers have the option to purchase S-Care Extended Warranty directly from Service Square, which offers up to 2 years of additional coverage beyond the standard warranty period, ensuring enhanced protection for their Samsung devices.

Additionally, the plaza features a dedicated soundbar experience zone where customers can seamlessly connect their mobile devices using the SmartThings app and immerse themselves in the latest soundbar technology. Furthermore, the newest service centers provide on-site service options for added convenience, enabling customers to have their devices serviced without leaving the comfort of their own homes.
