Sargeant’s next step towards his ultimate goal will be taking over Alex Albon’s Williams FW44 for the opening 60 minutes of practice at the Mexico City Grand Prix, followed by the outgoing Latifi in Abu Dhabi at the end of the season​​​ at the Grand Prix.

For now, however, Sargent has another task on his hands to complete the Formula 2 season.
