What a month September is. We’ve had the real start of the semester (and all the stress that comes with it), the start of fall (started by the equinox), and the best entertainment ever. This month contains some of the funniest entertainment dramas it’s been a while. From Olivia Wilde to Adam Levine to Try Guys’ Ned – how do we look back on them? Well, we read this article.
The first and best place to start is to check out Don’t Worry Darling (DWD). If you don’t know what DWD is, it’s a psychological thriller, opening September 23 and directed by Olivia Wilde; starring Florence Pugh and Harry Styles. Set in the 1950s, DWD follows Alice and Jack to an idealized town of victory. However, Alice begins to spot the cracks in her life and begins to investigate if something more sinister is going on in the victory.
It was announced in July 2019 that Olivia Wilde would direct and star in the film. Less than a year later, the cast was announced. In April 2020, Pugh was cast in the lead role, with Shia LaBeouf in the main supporting role. Both Wilde and Puig excitedly released news about the cast. Soon after, on September 11, 2020, Harry Styles took over the role of Shia LaBeouf. deadline LaBeouf left DWD due to scheduling conflicts, reports say. Later that year, on Christmas Eve, it was confirmed that Olivia Wilde had fired LaBeouf.
In early January 2021, Wilde and Stiles were spotted holding hands at a wedding. This came shortly after Wilde split from her longtime partner and Ted Lasso star Jason Sudeikis. At this point, Pugh is dating Sudeikis’ friend Zach Braff. There’s no confirmation that Pugh knows more about their relationship, but it’s hard to ignore the correlation. At the end of the year, Wilde discussed “female pleasure” in DWD. “I keep saying, ‘Why isn’t there any good sex in movies anymore?'” she quipped, and went on to explain that one of her goals is to make audiences “realize that they rarely see women hungry, especially this one. The pleasure of a woman.” Back in Sudeikis on April 27, 2022, Wilde provided custody papers while promoting DWD at CinemaCon in Las Vegas. When Wilde was speaking on stage about DWD, someone in the audience walked to the edge of the stage and handed Wilde a manila envelope. Wilde opened the envelope without revealing the contents, but continued to speak. It was later discovered that the envelope contained custody documents for Sudeikis and their two children.
People started to notice Pugh’s lack of DWD publicity, which led to speculation that there was a scene on set. Shortly after, news broke that there was drama at the scene.someone revealed to Page 6 Florence was unhappy with Styles and Wilde’s relationship, which made the set uncomfortable. In August 2022, Pugh spoke to Harper’s Bazaar about the sex scene that Wilde so highly praised. She admits that she wasn’t happy with the film being reduced to erotic scenes, fueling rumors that DWD wasn’t all sunshine and rainbows. Later that month, for some reason, LaBeouf was brought back by Wilde. At this point, LaBeouf was accused of being an abuser by singer FKA Twigs and other women. Wilde said LaBeouf was fired from the set because of non-conductive energy.LaBeouf replied and sent a copy of an email he wrote to Wilde to type. It was revealed that LaBeouf quit DWD due to lack of rehearsal time. He also attached a video sent two days after Wilde’s resignation. In the video, Wilde told him: “I don’t feel like I’m ready to give up on this, I’m heartbroken, and I’m trying to figure this out. You know, I think it may have been a wake-up call for Miss Flo, I Wondering if you’d like to give us a try. If she’s really committed, if she’s really committed to this, if you can make peace with it – I respect your opinion, I respect hers – but if Can you guys do it, what do you think? Any hope? There was a clip of Styles sitting next to Pine at the Venice Film Festival. The video was dissected and people theorized Styles SPIT on Pine. Not sure how real this is, you can watch the video, but a representative for Pine said the spit incident never happened.
In late September, DWD will open in theaters everywhere. Despite rumors that the show could be backed by Pugh, the crew posted a photo collage on the film’s Instagram. Is it all about grabbing people’s attention? Is this a real drama? who knows! That’s the beauty of Hollywood.
That same week, Adam Levine was revealed to someone who ruined Levine’s name (full name is Mia Levine). On Monday, September 19, less than a week after Adam Levine and his wife Behati Prinsloo announced their pregnancy, Instagram influencer Sumner Stroh posted a video on TikTok showing her having an affair with Levine. In the video, she posted a screenshot of a direct message (DM) between the two via Instagram. She revealed that they had been seeing each other for about a year and then stopped speaking.In June, he texted her again And there is a “serious” requirement. Continuing the theme of mediocre men, and the last big drama for September 2022, we take a look at Ned Fulmer. For context, Ned is a member of Try Guys. Try Guys includes Ned, Keith Habersberger, Zach Kornfeld and Eugene Lee Yang, video producers for BuzzFeed. They started their series in 2014 and left BuzzFeed in 2018 to start their own production company. Recently, fans on Reddit (in r/TryGuys) noticed that Ned was absent from the group’s latest video, and that Ned’s wife, Ariel, was missing from her most recent podcast. It appears that Ned was deliberately removed from the recent video.the rumors continue
When a user on Reddit posted that about three weeks ago, Ned was spotted kissing Alex Herring, associate producer of The Try Guys, who starred in the channel’s Youtube series Food Babies, in New York City about three weeks ago, and claimed A message from Will Thayer, Alex’s fiancé. The screenshots and video clips are blurry, but it can be concluded that this is Ned and Alex kissing. Following the Reddit post, fans saw Keith, Zach and Eugene all unfollow Alex and Ned on social media. Additionally, Alex’s fiancé Will unfollowed Alex and deleted all their photos from his Instagram and kept it private.
In case you didn’t know, Ned’s whole brand is to love his wife. Ned and Ariel married in 2012 after dating for two years, and they welcomed their first son Wesley in 2018 and their second son Finley in 2020. Even before they started their own company, he was known as the wife of the Try Guys group. In every video, he mentions his wife.
Ned’s Instagram post confirmed rumors that he betrayed Ariel with Ale on September 27, 2022. He wrote: “Family should have always been my number one priority, but I lost focus and developed a consensual working relationship. I am very sorry for any pain my actions may cause guys and fans alike. Sorry, but most of all the pain I’ve caused Ariel. The only thing that matters now is my marriage and my kids, and that’s where I’m going to focus.” In this post, he tagged Ariel and The Try Guys. Try Guys also confirmed in an Instagram post that Ned is no longer a part of the group following his affair. Finally, Ariel also shared a post where she confirmed that she and Ned are still together after the affair.
What a month. One of the things that really intersects with the show is the constant presence of white underdogs (sorry Harry Styles – this was assigned to Shia LaBeouf). I’m not sure where the guts of all these guys came from, but gosh…I wonder what October will bring!
