On Sunday (March 19), the Ruler of Dubai relaunched the “Billion Meals” initiative, which provides food aid to vulnerable communities in 50 countries.this UAE business community responded to this call and announced their contribution.

Sobha Realty on Wednesday announced a donation of AED 50 million to the “1 Billion Meals Donation” campaign, Initiated by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al MaktoumUAE Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, aims to build an endowment fund for a sustainable food supply.

Just in time for Ramadan, the campaign fits perfectly with the occasion’s donation and charitable message, aimed at supporting impoverished communities around the world by creating a food safety net.

Individuals, institutions, businesses, charities and social entities support the “1 Billion Meals Donation” campaign and its efforts to implement sustainable programs within the framework of a sustainable system to fight and eradicate hunger.

The AED50 million pledge over 5 years is an extension of Sobha Real Estate’s ongoing support for humanitarian efforts, including AED1 million for last Ramadan’s “1 Billion Meals” campaign, which was delivered in 50 countries meals.
