Braugher (Brooklyn Nine-Nine, Guild Wars) plays White House Chief Arthur. AB Winter. Findlay (“Thrones,” “The Wire”) plays White House butler Sheila Cannon. Griggs (“Dr. Death,” “The Servant”) plays President Morgan’s social secretary, Lilly Schumacher. Lee (“My Name Is Earl,” “Almost Famous”) plays President Perry Morgan’s younger brother, Tripp Morgan, kind of messes it up. Marino (“The Other Two,” “Party”) plays Harry Hollinger, President Perry Morgan’s longtime friend, closest advisor and most trusted confidante.
Mitchell (Stranger Things, Ozark) as Raleigh Bridgewater, head butler/head waiter. Perrault (“Strays,” “Players”) stars as Colin Trask, the head of the Secret Service’s Presidential Task Force. Pinchot (“Our Flag Means Death,” “Beverly Hills Cop: Axel Foley”) stars as Didier Gotthard, the White House’s executive pastry chef. Kelechi Watson (This Is Us, A Beautiful Day in the Neighborhood) stars as Jasmine Haney, a young and rising White House aide Usher. Whitlock (“Your Honor,” “The Wire”) plays Metropolitan Police Chief Larry Doakes. Wiseman (“Star Trek: Discovery,” “Basket”) plays Marvela, the White House’s executive chef.
Paul William Davies is the showrunner and executive producer of The Mansion. Shonda Rhimes and Betsy Beers execs represent Shondaland Productions through the company’s overall Netflix deal. Davis also has an overall deal with Netflix. Lisa Johnson will direct the first four episodes. The show marks the latest collaboration between Davies and Rhimes. He previously created the ABC legal drama “For the People” produced by Shondaland. He is also the writer of the hit ABC series Scandal, created by Rhimes.
